These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sellmate ("Service"), operated by Sellmate ("we", "us", "our") at sellmate.in. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.
Sellmate is an analytics and business intelligence platform designed for Amazon.in sellers. The Service connects to your Amazon Seller Central account via the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) to retrieve and display your sales, inventory, advertising, and financial data. Sellmate provides dashboards, AI-generated insights, and reporting tools to help you understand your business performance.
You must be at least 18 years of age and be a registered Amazon Seller with an active Seller Central account on amazon.in (or other supported marketplaces) to use this Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@sellmate.in if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, and other content created by Sellmate, is owned by Sellmate and protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. Your Amazon seller data remains your property. Sellmate claims no ownership over the data retrieved from your Amazon account.
You grant Sellmate a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and display your Amazon seller data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Sellmate offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis in Indian Rupees (INR). All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
If your payment fails, your account may be downgraded to the free plan after a 7-day grace period.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SELLMATE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. THE ACCURACY OF ANALYTICS AND INSIGHTS PROVIDED IS DEPENDENT ON THE DATA AVAILABLE FROM AMAZON'S SP-API AND MAY NOT ALWAYS REFLECT REAL-TIME CONDITIONS.
Sellmate is not a financial adviser, tax adviser, or legal adviser. The reports and analytics provided are for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified professional for tax, GST, and financial decisions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SELLMATE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF SELLMATE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Sellmate's total cumulative liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Sellmate in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sellmate and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights, including Amazon's terms of service.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@sellmate.in. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, violate Amazon's policies, or engage in any activity that puts the Service or other users at risk.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. We encourage you to contact us first at support@sellmate.in to resolve any disputes informally.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice within the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
